Gun bill sent to governor as lawmakers rush to complete session. New California legislation which doesn't think the US constitution is enough. Seems ridiculous to me. The second amendment says, "A well regulated militia being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the People to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed." Seems pretty clear to me! Why would we need a gun bill?
